Who Will Be Cast As Kratos In ‘God Of War’?
Kratos is the most difficult casting choice in ‘God Of War’. He is the Ghost of Sparta and a very important character in the video game. Rumors are running wild regarding who would be Kratos. And the forerunners are Dwayne Johnson and John Bautista.
Recently director Cory Barlog talked about the rumors of Dwayne Johnson being the first choice for playing Kratos. Barlog firmly said, “literally never heard anything about this,” thus putting all rumors to rest.
However, fans have suggested casting Dave Bautista as Kratos. The fans love the idea of Bautista as Kratos and he is clearly more preferred than Dwayne Johnson. However, it is uncertain that Bautista will take the role since he has just come out of playing Drax.

Will Christopher Judge Take Up The Role?
Christopher Judge voices the character in the video game. His portrayal of the character has made Kratos one of the most iconic characters. And matching his skills to portray Kratos is another very difficult task.
However, it is unlikely that Judge will be playing Kratos in the live-action adaptation. Christopher Judge has been nominated for numerous awards and won the Best Performance at The Game Awards for his portrayal of Kratos.
Between Dwayne Johnson, John Bautista and Christopher Judge, the competition is very difficult. And most details about ‘God Of War’ adaptation have been kept tightly sealed.
