Elle King Reflects On Her Strained Relationship With Her Father Rob Schneider
The preview video for Bunnie Xo’s podcast was posted on TikTok. There the singer talked about her relationship with her father in the past. King said, “I was, like, a really, really heavy child. My dad sent me to fat camp.” She further adds, “And then I got in trouble one year because I sprained my ankle and I didn’t lose any weight … Very toxic and very silly.”
The ‘Drunk‘ singer recalled that Schneider often forgot her birthday. She admitted that the ‘Home Alone: Lost In New York‘ actor spent very little time with her. Her summers often passed at a film set, where she got “lost in the shuffle”. King added, “If I ever messed up a shot, if I ever was talking, I would get in f***ing trouble.”

Meanwhile, King openly disagreed with her father’s opinions. Now the singer and the Schneider have gone years without talking.
