The SpaceX founder Elon Musk is not quiet about anything. In the latest biography ‘Elon Musk‘, Walter Isaacson writes about the relationship between the Tesla CEO and the actress Amber Heard. And a particular aspect of the book has been going viral- Amber Heard dressed in a cosplay. Musk shared a photo of the actress dressed as Mercy from ‘Overwatch‘.
Musk and Heard had a passion for the nerdier side of life. The X (Twitter) CEO first saw Amber Heard in 2013’s Machete Kills. But romance blossomed only four years later after she filed for divorce from Johnny Depp. The couple had their early dates revolving around work. Amber would visit him at the Tesla factory and Musk would visit her at the ‘Aquaman’ set in Australia.
Amber Heard Dressed As Mercy For Elon Musk
Elon Musk had a year-long on-and-off romance with the actress Amber Heard. Walter Issac has detailed their relationship in the latest biography. The actress had once dressed as the video game character Mercy from ‘Overwatch‘. To prove his point, the tech genius shared the picture of his ex-girlfriend in the costume. She was seen in a white costume with a bodysuit and wings and there was even a halo around her head.
Elon Musk once told his now ex-girlfriend how she reminded him of his favorite video game character Mercy. “So she spent two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume so she could role-play for him,” the biographer writes “I guess I could be called a geek for someone who can also be called a hot chick,” the Aquaman actress recalled in the book as it was their nerdiness that bought her close to Musk.

Elon Musk Is A ‘Fool’ In Love
The former couple, Elon Musk and Amber Heard are still on good terms though they called it quits in 2017. “I love him very much. Elon loves fire, and sometimes it burns him,” the actress had noted in the biography. Elon had also shared kind words for his ex through the years, even during the defamation trial. The business mogul recalled their split as “18 months of unrelenting insanity” which was “mind-bogglingly painful.“
However, Musk’s brother Kimbal Musk was not so fond of the relationship. “Toxic” and “nightmare” is how Kimbal described Amber Heard. He commented that his brother usually falls for people who are “beautiful” but have a “very dark side“. The Tesla CEO admits that he is “often a fool” especially when it comes to love.
