Celebrities often have crazy fans in their careers, but it isn’t always a good thing. While sometimes their intentions are genuine, the other times, they turn out to be good people. Singer Nicki Minaj is facing a legal case involving a stalker named Tameer Peak, who has sued her for humiliating him publicly.
According to him, Nicki has embarrassed him in front of many people multiple times even when he has been an ardent follower of her and has even helped her promote one of her albums.
Nicki Minaj Claims Tameer Peak Has Been Harassing Her On Social Media
Nicki Minaj’s representative Judd Burstein has responded to the allegations made by the fan and pinned the blame on him. “Mr. Peak has been harassing Nicki on social media for years on end to no avail,” the representative said, as reported by TMZ.
The statement added, “He has now graduated to seeking to shake her down financially with manifestly false allegations and legally frivolous claims. He will regret having gone down this disreputable road when he is forced to pay her legal fees as required by California law.”
Tameer has claimed that Nicki has been humiliating him for years, by calling him a mentally unstable stalker, which is why he’s suing her now. He has signed a report against the rapper in the L.A. Superior Court and the allegations paint Nicki as a full-blown bully.
However, Tammer also refers to himself as Nicki’s ardent follower for more than 15 years and claims that he has helped her to promote her album ‘Pink Friday 2’.

Tameer Peak Claims Nicki Minaj Has Humiliated Him On Her Instagram Live
According to Tameer Peak’s suit, things soured in 2017 when Nicki Minaj went through her “Nicki hate train” phase, leading her to accuse her fans like Tameer of being paid moles and ruining her image. He further claims that Nicki publicly ruined her image when she called her into a hotel on one occasion to film and embarrass him in front of 100,00 people during her Instagram Live.
The docs further claimed that she mistreated him during a Super Bowl event in 2020, when her husband Kenneth Petty, battered her. Nicki later also sent a DM to him about the incident. Then later in 2024, Nicki again messaged him saying “Stop saying dumb s–t,” hurting his reputation with her fans.
According to Tameer, she has also targeted him multiple times on Twitter and in station head sessions. In one session, she wrote, “It’s clear they’re not necessarily, you know, a full basket umm at the picnic.” Peak took it personally when he said that he was mentally unstable or insufficient.
She has allegedly tilted him as a “stalker” who impersonated her team members.
