Gisele Bündchen On Panic Attacks Due To Work Stress
The supermodel Gisele Bündchen has recently opened up about dealing with anxiety and depression. In an interview with the CBS News Sunday Morning, the runway icon talked about struggling with panic attacks due to stressful work demands. She had the feeling of getting stuck in the elevator. “You know, I was in tunnels. I couldn’t breathe. And then I started being in studios, and I felt, like, suffocated,” the model explained how it felt. Thus she would use the stairs instead.
The 43-year-old confesses that she did want to live in this state of mind. “I’d be hyperventilating. … You know when you can’t breathe even when the windows are open, you feel like, I don’t want to live like this, you know what I mean?” Bündchen said.
When the interviewer Lee Cowan asked if she had contemplated jumping, the supermodel responded positively. But things have changed a lot for the mother of two. In an earlier interview, she did admit to adopting a healthier lifestyle and giving up alcohol and smoking.

Gisele Bündchen Is ‘Now Living’ Than ‘Surviving’
Gisele Bündchen has come a long way from the youth who wanted to jump and end her life. She admits to having begun to live. “I’m able to choose more of what I want. I think before I was more surviving, and now I’m living, which is different,” she says in the interview.

Meditation, exercising regularly, healthier plant products, and natural remedies have all come to the supermodel’s rescue. The supermodel, today, treats her body as a temple.
