    Cara Delevingne hit a rough patch in her late 20s. Despite going through a pretty good phase professionally, her personal life was filled with turmoils, rehabs, and eventually comeback.

    In a recent cover interview with Vogue, the ‘Suicide Squad‘ actress talked about her paparazzi pictures from last year looking disoriented after returning from ‘Burning Man‘. “I hadn’t slept. I was not OK,” she said.

    She further added: “It’s heartbreaking because I thought I was having fun, but at some point it was like, OK, I don’t look well. You know, sometimes you need a reality check, so in a way those pictures were something to be grateful for.”

    Right after her pictures went viral last year, people started speculating that she wasn’t doing well. Afterward, she went to rehab and has since been sober. “I’ve had interventions of a sort, but I wasn’t ready. That’s the problem“, she said.

    The actress then said that she had to be “face-first on the floor” in order to “get up again“, adding that she needed help. “I hadn’t seen a therapist in three years. I just kind of pushed everyone away, which made me realize how much I was in a bad place.”

    Earlier, the English actress said that she needs time to heal and bounce back in her 30s after having a troubled 20s. She was last seen in ‘Planet Sex‘ and ‘Only Murders in the Building.’
