In a recent interview with Collider, Liev Schreiber opened up about being “so surprised that we had that many fans, and I was so surprised that people were campaigning for me to be in the new Deadpool movie.”
Schreiber shared his surprise about the fact that so many people loved and cared for his character Sabretooth, and were actively advocating for his return in ‘Deadpool & Wolverine‘. He also added, “I can’t begin to tell you what it feels like when people are thinking about something you did and are so appreciative of it that they want you to do it again.”

While ecstatic by the fan support and requests, Liev Schreiber was open about the challenges of getting into the supposed “superhero shape“. “To be honest, it’s a lot of work getting your body up to that point,” he admitted. “I know I watched Hugh [Jackman] get himself ready again, and I thought, ‘I’m okay to sit by the sidelines,'” he added.
The actor admitted that seeing Hugh Jackman work to get his body prepared would account for a grueling task.
