The memoir will hit the shelves on October 10, 2023. The book is something the star is very much excited about. While talking of the autobiographical piece, she noted how ‘cathartic’ writing the book has been. However, through the process, one has to confront those things that had taken the back seat earlier.
Julia Fox And Kanye West Romance Lacked Physical Intimacy
It seems like Julia Fox and Kanye West did not have much action in their romance. The ‘No Sudden Move’ actress did openly add descriptions of her sex in her upcoming memoir. In an interview with The New York Times published on September 25, 2023, the actress was asked why sexual encounters with Kanye were not mentioned in ‘Down the Drain’, amidst other explicit contents.
“Because there, like, wasn’t any. It wasn’t really about that,” she shared. Kanye West and the ‘The Trainer‘ actress had their fling in January 2022. The highly publicized romance, however, lasted only for about a month and a half. But the relationship gave a new start to the actress. “It kind of brought a spark back into my life that I had kind of forgotten about,” the model told in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Julia Fox On Why Sex Is Detailed In Her Memoir
In her memoir ‘Down the Drain’, Julia Fox has explicitly discussed her sex life. “I felt like it was the truth. Why not write it?” the celeb said. “I have this thing where, in my personal writing, I don’t go into as much detail as I could… So I made it a point to put the reader in the room. I didn’t want to skip over things. So maybe some things are too detailed,” she added.
Earlier, in her book, she talked about how she wanted to feel vulnerable’ and ‘don’t feel shame ever‘. The actress wants to see the public’s reaction. “But I hope that it’ll be helpful and other people can be like, ‘Oh wow, maybe what happened to me isn’t so bad. I can deal with it too,” the 33-year-old actress shared how the book can be a comfort for many.
