The top-notch publicity firm, The GreenRoom had been working with Jason Aldean for more than 17 years. Though the statement by Tyne Parrish, co-owner of The GreenRoom, did not mention the reason for the big decision. But it is puzzling as the decision came after his wife’s transphobic comment. “Music has always been and remains The GreenRoom’s core focus, so we had to make the difficult decision after 17 years to step away from representing Jason. What Was Brittany Aldean’s Transphobic Comment?
“I’d really like to thank my parents for not changing my gender when I went through my tomboy phase. I love this girly life.” Brittany Aldean had captioned her video post, which showed her putting on makeup. It was seen that the transphobic caption had both supporters and critics at the same time. Even her husband Jason Aldean went on to comment that “Lmao!! I’m glad they didn’t too, ’cause you and I wouldn’t have worked out.” Thus the argument began between both the celebrities and commoners.
Brittany Aldean, the former American Idol contestant, also made a statement earlier “Advocating for the genital mutilation of children under the disguise of love and calling it ‘gender-affirming care‘ is one of the worst evils…Love is protecting your child until they are mature enough as an adult to make their own life decisions” on August 26, which annoyed many country music artists including Maren Morris and Cassadee Pope. Brittany Aldean has always been foremost in raising her opinions on social media. Through her business and statements, she has made her conservative political statements visible.
