There is little to no way that Kanye West will be able to regain the credibility he lost with such a huge amount of money! He fell into an abyss of hate that has landed him nowhere. It all started in October 2022, when he went on to introduce a racially charged line of Yeezy shirts. Later on, he went on a hate-spewing spree by taking shots at the Jewish community and threatening to go “defcon 3” on the Jews.
Due to his erratic behavior, Kanye West had to pay a huge price. Many companies, like Adidas and Balenciaga, decided to cut ties with the rapper. When Adidas announced that they were severing ties with Ye, he was no longer a billionaire. Since his problematic political campaign, the ‘Donda’ rapper has been involved in many pending lawsuits and logistical problems. Amid this, the reports claim that his ambitious beachside $57 million mansion is left without any further development due to his dwindling finances.

Kanye West And Designer Tadao Ando Collaborated To Built The Mansion Into A Half House And Half Sculpture
Kanye West’s sprawling mansion in Malibu is left to rust and rot by the sea. Ye purchased the 3,665-square-foot mansion in September 2021 for $57 million. The house is envisioned to be built with minimalism in mind, with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a breathtaking view of the ocean. West collaborated with the Japanese designer Tadao Ando to create a sprawling mansion that will be “part house and part sculpture.”
When he bought the house, there were fitted windows, and it required some internal renovation and painting. In November 2022, he shut down Yeezy Construction Inc., and now the house is left in a “gutted state,” as per the reports from The US Sun. The mansion looks like a haunted house, as it is left in a barren condition. The inside of the house is falling apart, and the metal rods are rusting due to excessive exposure to air, sun, and water.

The Rapper Is Focused On Building His Yeezy Headquarters In Los Angeles
In 2019, Kanye West was adamant about creating a housing project for homeless people in Los Angeles. So, in 2019, he bought a ranch in Calabasas for $3 million. He wanted to create an unorthodoxly designed structure on the sprawling ranch. He envisioned creating ‘Yecosystems’ structures that are as big as 50 feet to solve the rampant homelessness issue in Los Angeles.
Ye wanted to create a housing complex on the land with every amenity for future tenants. The rapper even had a trademark filing for the designs, residential structures, and future stores.
However, Kanye West has abandoned all of his architectural endeavors to focus on the LA headquarters for Yeezy. The ‘Donda’ rapper is planning to open a new Yeezy headquarters at Melrose Avenue between N. Edinburgh and Laurel. The property is neighboring an Adidas store, and a hair salon separates the two ex-collaborators.
