But this time, the spotlight on her is because of Taylor Swift’s recently released song titled ‘thank you aIMee’ taking a diss at her.
With the song’s title clearly spelling out Kim’s name in capital letters, Taylor Swift’s fans are quite sure it is about Kim Kardashian. While Taylor has not namedropped or specifically confirmed any of her songs’ targets, Swifties are convinced that Kim is the who ‘thanK you aImee‘ is based on.
In her first public appearance since the rumors have been swirling, Kim Kardashian avoided addressing them directly. She was on Jimmy Kimmel Live when the show host asked her to open up about the rumors that have been going on about her online, without specifically mentioning Taylor Swift’s songs.
“Life is good,” Kim said before beginning to address the several rumors going on about her on the internet. In what seemed like an attempt to remain unfazed by Taylor Swift’s diss track at her, the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star did not mention Swift or her songs at all.

Kim Kardashian Addresses Other Rumors About Her On Jimmy Kimmel Live
Other than the rumors concerning Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian talked about several other rumors about her that are rife on the internet. She said its true that she sleeps with one eye open, while adding “my sisters have taken videos and pictures” of it. She also admitted that she blows dry her jewelry before wearing it as she hates the freezing feeling after. She agreed that the rumor was “very true”.
Moreover, Kim also addressed the unusual fact that someone has to remove the sleeves from her coffee as she hates the sound of the cardboard.“Yes, that’s true, and I hate the feeling,” she said, adding, “I just can’t see it being done, or I can’t hear it and I can’t feel it. The cardboard getting moved off of the cup is like nails on a chalkboard to me“.
Despite losing about 100k followers on Instagram after the release of ‘thanK you aIMee‘, Jimmy Kimmel nor Kim Kardashian brought up Taylor Swift or her songs during the show. While some fans are furious that Kimmel missed the chance to specifically ask her for a reaction on Swift’s diss track, some others suggested that Kim’s team might have requested Kimmel to not bring it up.
This is not the first time that Taylor Swift has made a diss track about Kim Kardashian. During her ‘Reputation‘ era, she produced various songs that hinted at the Kim and his husband Kanye West.
