Instagram is an important part of the Kardashian clan’s career. Though all women of the clan are exceptionally successful in whatever they do, social media is a vital part of their careers. Another member of the extended clan, Kourtney Kardashian‘s eldest son Mason Discisk has made his Instagram debut and his mother is not so pleased with it.
Kourtney Kardashian seems to be grappling with the reality that her son Mason is growing up and stepping into the social media spotlight. On Sunday, the 45-year-old reality star took to Instagram to express her mixed emotions about Mason’s milestone. Here’s what she said.
Kourtney Kardashian Has Mixed Feelings About Her Son Mason’s Instagram Debut
Kourtney Kardashian has been an active member of the Instagram family, giving her fans constant updates about her life through social media. While social media is an innate part of her life, she is overwhelmed with emotions after her eldest son Mason Disick made his Instagram debut.
Kourtney Kardashian shared her son’s first social media post on her Instagram Stories, as she tried to explain her mixed emotions in the captions. “My first baby is on Insta and I’m not OK,” she wrote in the caption of her story, complete with a series of emojis and a red heart.
Her eldest son Mason is 13 years old and made his verified Instagram debut on Saturday. In his first photo, the teen can be seen showing off his personal style, with baggy pants, a black T-shirt, and a baseball hat that hides his face.
Both of Mason’s parents, Kourtney and Scott Disick, showed their support by liking the photo. But shortly after, Kourtney shared her feelings in her Instagram Stories.

Mason Disick Has Been In The Public Eye For A While
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick share three children, the oldest one Mason, daughter Penelope, and son Reign. Kourtney also shares a 6-month-old son, Rocky Thirteen, with her current husband Travis Barker.
Other than his parents, Mason’s post also drew attention from other Kardashian-Jenner family members. Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner all liked the post, with Kim commenting, “You’re really on Instagram.”
Khloé also shared Mason’s photo on her Instagram Story, with a caption stating her disbelief. “I can’t believe my @masondisick is on Insta. The one who named [Kim and I] Kiki and Koko is a legit teenager,” she wrote.
Since his debut on the social media platform, Mason has uploaded two more posts. One of the photos shows him with friends, while the other one features his siblings, Penelope and Reign. Despite being a fixture on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘ during his early years, Mason had taken a step back from the public eye—until now.
