What Did Mark Cuban Suggest Elon Musk?
In reply to Musk’s new $8 policy, Mark Cuban suggested the dropping of this verification fee for the most accurate Community Notes contributors. However, Elon Musk bluntly rejected Mark Cuban’s suggestion about the free verification program for some users on the social media platform.
Mark’s suggestion tweet said, “You might consider proactively offering your $8 verification program for free to those you deem the most accurate Notes contributors. Won’t be easy to confirm accuracy. But if AI can try to model out bias, model it can model in accuracy?”
How Did Cuban Respond To Musk’s Rejection Of His Suggestion?
Replying to Marks’ suggestion, Musk tweeted “$8 for all,” clearly rejecting Cuban’s suggestion openly on the platform. However, Mark Cuban responded very gracefully to this. Replying to Mark’s answer, he tweeted “Your business. Your decision.” As commented by users, the situation was handled very neatly by Cuban.
Many celebrities and actors have criticized the planned monthly $8 fee for a blue tick. This includes Lynda Carter and Josh Gad.
