Megan Thee Stallion had an unexpected breakdown while performing in Tampa during her recent concert. Her clueless audience continued to cheer her as she broke down and could not control her tears. The reason for her emotional breakdown remains unknown.
However, some of her fans content that it could be because of the recent scandal wherein a rumored AI-generated sex tape allegedly featuring her likeness was widely circulated. Earlier that day, Megan addressed the issue on X, condemning the fake video.
“It’s really sick how yall go out of the way to hurt me when you see me winning. Yall going too far, Fake ass s–t. Just know today was your last day playing with me and I mean it,” she posted.

What Is Megan Thee Stallion’s Sex Tape Rumor About?
Megan Thee Stallion did not address the breakdown during her concert after the show. However, she did take to Instagram to thank her Tampa fans for their support. “TAMPA HOTTIES, Thank you i love yall! Thee energy was everything! Love you hotties,” her post read.
The AI-generated sex tape rumor comes just over a month after Megan’s legal team slammed accusations from her former videographer, Emilio Garcia. In April, Garcia filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming she engaged in sexual activity with a woman in his presence and created a toxic work environment.
He stated the incident caused him significant mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. Megan’s attorney dismissed the claims as a money-driven employment dispute at the time. Megan has also faced public scrutiny from several male hip-hop artists, including Eminem, Cent, and Drake, after her accusations against Tory Lanez for shooting her in the foot in 2020. Lanez was found guilty in December 2022 of multiple felony counts and sentenced to 10 years in August 2023.
