A new study reveals that Meghan Markle would have been the richest amongst the British Royals if the royal family members didn’t have their nobility status. The study is based solely on the degrees the royal members obtained from the universities they attended.
The recent study was done by Erudera. Express UK reported that the study’s conclusion showed the Duchess of Sussex would have earned an average salary of $47,924.

Meghan Markle Wears The Crown Of ‘The Richest’
The stepped-down royal was famous for her acting, especially for her role in the TV series, ‘Suits.’ Before her acting career, she studied at Northwestern University, Illinois. She graduated in 2003 with a degree in theater and International Relations. Following Meghan, the second richest royal member in the real world would be Prince Charles who studied archaeology and anthropology at Cambridge University. The second richest after Markle, he would have earned an average annual salary of $46,657.
The other royal family members also made it to the list. These included Kate Middleton, Prince William, Zara Tindall, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, and Prince Edward. Meanwhile, Prince Harry, Prince Andrew and Princess Anne didn’t make it to the list because none of them have a university degree.
The Duchess of Sussex ‘Most Intelligent’ Royal
Moreover, a study done last year by the international education provider, Oxford Royale, found that Meghan Markle is the “most intelligent Royal.” An Oxford Royale Representative commented on the matter and described Prince Harry’s wife as “an unashamedly brilliant woman. Her refusal to remain silent on complex, controversial issues… is a testament to her intelligence and academic pedigree.”
This study based its conclusions on the QS ranking of the universities the Royals attended. These QS rankings are made according to the quality of education provided at each institution. Northwestern University is one of the prestigious educational institutions in Chicago and ranks 30th on the list. During her studies, she was also a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.
