Meghan Markle Loves To Dine Out At These Places In America
The Crosby Bar
The premium resto-bar is located in SoHo, New York. Recently, Markle was seen having lunch with the activist Gloria Steinem here, following her visit to the United Nations Headquarters.
It is a perfect place for a British royal and is known for serving up sophisticated afternoon tea. The spread includes finger sandwiches and sweet treats like raspberry ganache tarts and lemon ricotta cake, homemade scones, and clotted cream. But the high tea costs a pretty penny at $60 a person.
A.O.C
Among all the things Meghan Markle loves, having a glass of good wine is one. A.O.C, a wine bar, located in Los Angeles is the favorite of the Duchess of Sussex. If you are a wine connoisseur, make sure to visit the place.
Estela
Meghan is fond of inventive spins on classic dishes. No doubt Estela is one of her go-to New York hot spots. It is located in downtown Manhattan and is run by chef Ignacio Mattos. Set one floor above Houston Street, it is a bistro at heart, serving dishes like tartare, ricotta dumplings, burrata on toast, fried rice, and steak. The presentation is what impresses the guests most though.
Bohemian
Bohemian is a Japanese restaurant and bar in New York that’s not open to the public. The guests who wish to visit must be referred by the existing patrons. It is running as a secret base for 21st-century bohemians.
According to the restaurant’s website, the establishment is in a historical building that was once home to Andy Warhol and then the live-in-studio of Jean-Michel Basquiat – an infamous graffiti artist from the 80s.
The Harbord Room
The Duchess used to eat from this place when she was shooting in Toronto. But unfortunately, The Harbord Room is now closed. It was a restaurant with a seating of about 24 and 10 at the bar which gave a cozy feeling to customers.
It was known for its expertly made cocktails, delicious burgers, and seasonally-inspired menu. We are sure when another franchise of the outlet opens, Meghan will frequent it.
