Though she is one of the youngest stars in the industry to have made it big, Millie Bobby Brown is not quite the teenager one might imagine her to be. At 20, the actress is planning to get married to her fiancé Jake Bongiovi, as she recently opened up about the wonderful proposal she got from him.
As she is almost set to start the new chapter of her life, Brown is also embodying some traits that typically belong to grown-ups — and she is not shying away from embracing them on national television.

Millie Bobby Brown Opens Up About Giving Honest Reviews Under “Fake Name”
Millie Bobby Brown has set the record straight as she clarified that she isn’t one to shy away from giving feedback, even if it involves being a bit mean. In a recent interaction with food podcasting duo Jessie and Lennie Ware in ‘Table Manners’, the 20-year-old actress said she has a very “Karen”-like approach when it comes to leaving reviews.
Karen is a popular term for white women who are notoriously prolific about their inconveniences. As she shed light on her experiences with sub-par services, Millie Bobbie Brown said she never shies away from giving bad reviews if she is not satisfied.
In a social media video that showed the podcasters and Millie talking while having dinner, the actress asked them, “Do you leave reviews?” Jessie and Lennie said that they did not, and asked the actress if she did.
“Yeah,” Brown said with a smirk as she admitted that she does so under a “fake name.” “Because I think it’s important, you know? Here’s the thing — my whole life is people criticizing me. So, I’m gonna give it back to you sometimes,” she said.

Mille Bobby Brown Recalls Instances When She Had To Give Bad Reviews
The ‘Stranger Things’ star recounted instances where she felt compelled to leave reviews. One incident involved a hotel stay with her fiancé Jake Bongiovi, where an employee’s insistence on collecting payment prematurely left a bad impression on the actress. Brown refrained from naming the hotel but said she was prompt to give a bad review.
“It was just like, ‘I really think that you should encourage guests to complete transaction of payment at the end of their stay,” Brown said.
Another one of her stories involved a shopping experience where Brown was mistaken for a store employee and had to deal with unhelpful staff. “And I was just like, ‘Please? This isn’t even for me.’ So, I left a review,” she said.
Her stories got an instant response from the podcasters. “Millie, are you a Karen?” Jessie asked laughing.
“Okay, I’m a Karen,” Brown said. “I do think it’s important to know where you went wrong, and [there’s] always room for improvement.”
