As the presidential elections approach, Hollywood’s interest and comments on the American political scenario is taking newer twists each day. While it’s not entirely a bad thing that celebrities are openly endorsing the candidates of their choice, many do it in a way that leads to controversies.
Amid celebrities siding with either of the two prime contenders for the position — Donald Trump or Kamala Harris — the ever-controversial podcaster and comedian Joe Rogan has a wildly different take. He has thrown his endorsement behind Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for the presidential post. Here’s what he said.

Joe Rogan Picks Robert F. Kennedy As His Choice For President
Joe Rogan is known for being the bold podcaster and comedian who seemingly feels no need to hold anything back. As the elections approach, it is obvious that he would have a say. But in a rather amusing twist, Rogan is not backing any of the two lead candidates for the post. Instead, he showered a long list of praises on an independent candidate Robert F Kennedy in the latest episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience‘.
“He’s the only one that makes any sense to me,” Rogan said as he further vamped on Kennedy’s approach to politics. “He doesn’t attack people; he attacks actions and ideas. The guy was an environmental lawyer and he cleaned up the East River. He’s a legit guy,” the podcaster said.
Rogan also spoke about Kennedy’s straightforwardness and contrasted it with the usual spin-doctoring one encounters in both major parties. “That’s politics. They do it on the left, they do it on the right,” Rogan said. “They gaslight you, they manipulate you, they promote narratives — and the only one who is not doing that is Robert F. Kennedy Jr.”
From one “legitimate” guy to another, thank you @JoeRogan for always putting substance first.

Kennedy appeared pleased about the endorsement from Rogan, reposting the clip and captioning it: “From one ‘legit’ guy to another, thank you @JoeRogan for always putting substance first.”

Joe Rogan Says He Can “See” Kamala Harris Win The Elections But Does Not Support Her
This is not the first time that Joe Rogan has praised Robert F. Kennedy — majorly because the two have been on the same page about COVID-19 vaccines. Both Kennedy and Rogan have been vocal about their concerns over the side effects of the vaccines taken largely as the only distant cure to the deadly virus amid pandemic.
In a recent controversial set, Rogan joked about his post-pandemic general disbelief about matters like the Moon landing or Pizzagate. “Before COVID, I would have told you that vaccines are the most important invention in human history,” Rogan said in his recent comedy special on Netflix.
“After COVID, I’m like, ‘I don’t think we went to the Moon. I think Michelle Obama’s got a dick. I think Pizzagate is real. I think there’s direct energy weapons in Antarctica.’ I’m just kidding — I don’t think Michelle Obama’s got a dick, but I believe all of that other shit,” the podcaster added.
Although he is on his team, Rogan is not naive about Kennedy’s electoral chances. He admitted that he could “see” VP Kamala Harris win against Donald Trump in the upcoming election, it doesn’t mean he thinks she will or even wants her to. “I’m just being honest. I could see her winning,” Rogan said.
Independent candidate Joe Kennedy in national polls is now running at about 5.0% of respondents, down from 8.0% the previous month. He never had a favorable campaign, complete with some strange press releases about how he once put a dead bear cub into Central Park, or how at least three of his brain scans have come back different.
