As the 28-year-old star quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes, celebrated his victory at the Super Bowl 2024 at Disneyland, he reflected on the joy of returning to the iconic theme park after consecutive Super Bowl victories.
Speaking from Disneyland, Mahomes expressed his gratitude for being able to relive the magical experience. “I enjoy it every single time, and to be back at Disneyland again, after being back last year, it’s a moment that hopefully I’ll keep getting to do over and over again,” the NFL star said.
Patrick also said that seeing the fans’ smiling faces as he rides in the parade after a Super Bowl victory is “something I’ll never get tired of.” “The energy, the smiles, the love I feel from everybody at the park — I mean, it truly is special, and it’s one of those moments that you’ll have forever,” Mahomes said.
With his third Super Bowl win this year, Mahomes joined an elite group of players as he is only the third player in history to win three or more Super Bowl MVP trophies. His performance also earned him the title of the first back-to-back Super Bowl MVP since Terry Bradshaw accomplished the feat in 1979 and 1980.

Patrick Mahomes Credits His Team’s Resilience For Super Bowl Win
Speaking about the recent Super Bowl victory, Mahomes praised his team’s resilience throughout the season. The quarterback praised his team’s “defense” for “keeping us in there,” and “of course, Harrison Butker,” who tied the game with a field goal to go to overtime.
Though the field vibrated with the victory cheers for Mahomes and his teammates after the Chiefs’ win, the celebration did not end there. The celebratory mood extended beyond the football field, with Mahomes’ mother Randi Mahomes, and brother Jackson Mahomes cheering him on from the stands at Allegiant Stadium.
Reflecting on her journey as a young mother to Patrick, Randi Mahomes said she is profoundly grateful for the experience of raising him.
“He was my little best friend. We were together 24/7, and I learned with him. He made me grow up in a good way, in a great way. Being a mother is my favorite thing sometimes,” Randi had said in an interview with People a few days before the big Super Bowl night.
Just before the kickoff between the Chiefs and 49ers, Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany and their two kids were on the sidelines inside Allegiant Stadium. In a photo, the NFL posted on social media, Brittany and Sterling hold up baby Bronze as he lifts his little hands in the air in excitement.
Brittany later shared that the toddler soon fell asleep. “Boy didn’t even make kickoff,” Brittany captioned a photo of an asleep Bronze in her Instagram stoy.
