The Royal Family has a story more interesting than any movie or TV show, with consistent new twists making it even more interesting. One of the most dramatic twists in the Royal Family narrative came when Prince Harry made several bold decisions after he married Meghan Markle.
The change in narrative hasn’t stopped developing still, with a lot of speculation around how damaged Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s dynamics with the Royal Family are. While rumors are always in the air, a body language expert has given some clarity based on her observation of the royals, who are always in the public eye.
“No Hopes Of Reconciliation Between Prince Harry And King Charles”: Expert
Body language expert Judi James has laid out some conclusions based on King Charles and Prince Harry’s behavior during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, and the verdict is not positive. In an interview with The Daily Mirror, James asserted that there are no hopes of reconciliation between the royal family and the couple.
James said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were left visibly “alienated” by the sovereign during their last family gathering. She described the interaction at Buckingham Palace before the Queen’s funeral as “hard-hearted and unpleasant“.
James said that the “sense of alienation“ between Prince Harry and King Charles was evident even before the funeral. She cited the visible absence of familial closeness or communication between the two royals, as she pointed out how King Charles was walking ahead with his head “bowed in what looks like grief“. She said that though no words were said, the body language suggested powerful emotions conveyed through non-verbal cues.
Judi James also made a few remarks on Meghan Markle’s demeanor during an earlier interview with Page Six, noting that the Duchess offered “silent support” to her husband at the funeral. She pointed out that there was “a look of dignity tinged with sadness” on Markle’s face as she sat and walked with Harry at the funeral.

Prince Harry’s Memoir Worsened His Relationship With King Charles
The damaged relationship between Prince Harry and his father intensified after Harry released his 2022 memoir ‘Spare’. Harry accused his father of making “sadistic” comments about his “real” father in the memoir. This laid out a breeding ground for speculation about Princess Diana’s former lover, Major James Hewitt.
The situation worsened with the release of Omid Scobie’s book ‘Endgame’, wherein Charles was named as one of the racist royals alongside Kate Middleton. The book asserted that the two had made snarky remarks about the skin color of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son Prince Archie before his birth.
Though multiple reports are suggesting a persistent distance between Prince Harry and King Charles, Page Six reported that Harry and Meghan are working towards patching things up with King Charles. A source claimed that the couple is pursuing a reconciliation strategy, with Harry realizing the importance of time as he turns 40.
The couple had recently reached out to Charles on his 75th birthday, marking their first call in six months. The Prince also had his children sing a birthday song for the king over the phone.
