Scarlett Johansson Doesn’t Like Social Media
Scarlett Johansson has finally answered the question many of her fans wanted to know, why isn’t she on social media? On Monday, the 38-year-old actress appeared on Dear Media’s ‘The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast‘.
She stated that she once tried using Instagram for three days, but realized she was going down a rabbit hole. “I can’t deal with it. My brain is too fragile. I’m like a delicate flower,” she said.
She further added: “I spent 20 minutes looking at somebody’s Instagram page who worked for a friend of mine … like, now I know you have a pit bull and two daughters and you live in Burbank.”
The actress quickly realized that she wasted around 17 minutes looking at that particular profile. She sarcastically stated that she felt bad about missing “this random person’s life.”

Johansson Gets Social Media Snippets Via Her Company
The ‘Her‘ actress co-founded a skincare company named The Outset with Kate Foster. It occasionally features videos on various social media platforms by its business partners. She once in a while enjoys watching videos.
“I mean, it’s definitely fun. Anytime I see it in the office, I then become a 3-year-old with their mom’s phone where I’m completely absorbed into it,” she added. “It’s fun, though.”
In March this year, Johansson featured in several videos promoting her business. She also said that she makes occasionally appearances in her company’s Tiktok videos to “read and perform reviews.”
