It seems Sean Diddy Combs is pulling every string he can to avoid the consequences of the sexual assault allegations against him, as the rapper is now getting accused of using his children to influence Juror’s decision.
Recently, the rapper got a heartfelt and emotional phone call from his kids while he was in jail. Prosecutors are now accusing him of trying to influence witnesses’ decisions from inside the jail. Here’s how.
Sean Diddy Combs Accused Of “Enlisting” His Kids To Influence Jurors’ Decision
The prosecutors claim in a recent court document that Sean “Diddy” Combs has tried to use public opinion and witnesses to convince prospective jurors for his forthcoming trial on allegations of prostitution and sex trafficking, including “enlisting” his kids to post videos on social media.

Prosecutors say Combs has tried to “corruptly influence witness testimony” by asking his family members to contact victims and potential witnesses and craft “narratives” to sway their opinions. Combs also asked his kids to post a video on social media in honor of his birthday, making sure the video had “his desired effect on potential jury members in this case,” according to a filing opposing Combs’ request to be released on bail.
“While attempting to evade law enforcement monitoring, the defendant has, among other things, orchestrated social media campaigns that are, in his own words, aimed at tainting the jury pool; made efforts to publicly leak materials he views as helpful to his case; and contacted witnesses through third parties,” prosecutors argued at Manhattan Federal Court according to NY Post.
How Diddy Celebrated His Birthday In Prison
What was earlier seen as a heartfelt birthday celebration has now been revealed to be an attempt of Diddy’s to influence the judge’s decision.
His son Justin posted a video of them talking to their father over the phone as the situation gets emotional. In the video, Diddy is heard saying, “I love you all. I love you all so much. I can’t wait to see ya’ll. I can’t wait to see ya’ll. I just want to say, I’m proud of you, especially the girls—I mean, all of you.”
