Taylor Swift, the icon who never puts on a nail color without a scheme sends Swifties on a field day with her latest work fit. Swift left the Electric Lady Studio clad in clothing that cheered on her friends, one among them being the late Lakers Player Kobe Bryant.
The latest outfit of ‘Dress’ singer was more than just a potential easter egg though, it was a tribute to her late friend and basketball star Kobe Bryant.

The legendary pop sensation arrived at her favorite recording studio in New York City wearing a one-of-a-kind outfit. Swift, known for her being the loudest cheerleader of her friends walked in Beyoncé’s Ivy Park sneakers, a zebra-print Adidas men’s fleece. With all these now sold-out pieces it was Taylor’s jewelry choice that stole the show.
It was a diamond-encircled gold disc pendant engraved with one of Kobe Bryant’s famous quotes: “Bet on yourself.” hung from the singer’s neck.
The now sold-out stunning necklace is Part of Vanessa Bryant’s Mambacita x ZC capsule collection created for jeweler Zoë Chicco. The partnership’s goal is to encourage boys and girls to participate in sports and underprivileged athletes, 100% of the profits go to the Mamba and Mambacita Foundation.

Taylor Swift And Kobe Bryant’s Lasting Friendship
The legendary Lakers player passed away in a helicopter crash with his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, in 2020. Swift shared her sorrow on social media talking about the great loss she and the whole world suffered from his untimely death.
The singer tweeted, “My heart is in pieces hearing the news of this unimaginable tragedy. I can’t fathom what the families are going through. Kobe meant so much to me and to us all. Sending my prayers, love, and endless condolences to Vanessa and the family and anyone who lost someone on that flight.”
The stars had been friends from long before the unfortunate accident. Kobe always praised Taylor in his interviews and in 2015, when Swift was performing in Los Angeles, the Lakers player came on stage to celebrate her record for the most sold-out Staples Center gigs.
The popstar also shares a soft spot for Bryant’s family, since his passing Taylor Swift has honored the player with his Swiftie daughters. She gifted Natalia a Folklore Cardigan and honored the 7-year-old Swiftie Bianka with her ‘22’ cap at the Eras tour while their mom Vanessa watched in her own bespoke Kobe and Swift-themed jacket.
