Some exceptionally well made films make it very difficult to get a worthy remake done. ‘I Am Legend’ is one such film, that starred Will Smith. The star has yet again teamed up with Michael B. Jordan to bring a sequel of the film to the audience.
The ‘Black Panther’ star opened up about working with Will Smith and more about the sequel which is currently under works. Will Smith played US Army virologist Robert Neville who got stuck as the sole survivor in a post-apocalyptic world full of zombies in film. Here’s what it holds for the viewers.
Michael B. Jordan Shares His Experience Working With Will Smith
Michael B. Jordan gave viewers a major update on the ‘I Am Legend’ sequel while talking to People magazine. “We’re still working on the script and getting that up to par,” he said. “It doesn’t have a release date or anything like that. I’m not sure exactly where we’re going to be filming that one, but I’m really excited to get in front of the camera with him,” he added.
Jordan further added that he has looked up to Will Smith for a really long time. “To be able to work with Will is something I’m really looking forward to. I’m really excited,” he said. It will be interesting to see how the chemistry between Will Smith and Michael B. Jordan’s characters play out since both are exceptional actors.

Will Smith Says ‘Men In Black’ Sequel Is Under Works
In the original 2007 movie, Will Smith played virologist Robert Neville. While Earth’s population has been wiped out by a virus originally meant for curing cancer, Smith’s Robert Neville is the lone survivor in the film. He is also immune to the virus.
However, there are some hostile mutants who are out to hunt Neville. As Robert Neville looks for a cure, he also has to protect himself from the mutants.
The critically acclaimed movie propelled Will Smith into the spotlight. Now, ‘Men In Black’ star says a sequel is in the works. “I think it’s looking good,” Smith said. “[We have some] really solid ideas… I think we’re going to make it on screen together. That dude is the truth, so I would love to do that,” he said.
Warner Bros have confirmed that a sequel is under development but a definitive release date has not been announced yet.
