Trevor Noah is all set to kick off his global stand-up tour ‘Off The Record’, a month after his sign off from ‘The Daily Show’. The host of ‘The Daily Show’ wrapped up his seven-year stint as the face of Comedy Central. Noah announced his departure last month which shook lot of his fans.
His tour is produced by Live Nation, and it begins at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. It makes stops in several cities including New Orleans, Austin, Texas, Boston, San Francisco and New York. Everything To Know About ‘Off The Record’
Trevor Noah announced Monday that his new gig, ‘Off the Record’, entails 28 stops across the U.S. that will take shape January and wrap up in December 2023. Tour producer Live Nation noted that Noah will book international dates, which will be released soon. Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 11 a.m. November 18 on Live Nation.
The tour announcement precedes the release of ‘I Wish You Would’, Noah’s third comedy special set to drop November 22 on Netflix. His previous specials include ‘Afraid of the Dark’ (2017) and ‘Son of Patricia’ (2018). The first date of the tour falls on January 20, 2023, shortly after his departure from ‘The Daily Show’.

When Did Trevor Noah Announce His Departure From ‘The Daily Show’?
In late September, Noah announced that his time at ‘The Daily Show‘ was up, citing a desire to be back on the road, learning and exploring. “I spent two years [of the pandemic] in my apartment, not on the road, and when I got back out there again, I realized that there’s another part of my life that I want to carry on exploring,” he said at the time.
“I miss learning other languages, I miss going to other countries and putting on shows, I miss being everywhere and doing everything.” He’s scheduled to formally sign off on Dec. 8. Despite a demanding schedule over the last seven years, which has also had him tethered to New York four days a week, Noah never stopped touring.
