Taylor Swift found herself cringing over her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s antics at Patrick Mahomes’ charity event, as claimed by an expert lip reader. In a video shared on Instagram by a deaf lip-reading expert Jackie Gonzalez, Swift reacted quite repulsively to Kelce’s enthusiastic shout of “Viva Las Vegas” on the stage.
Gonzalez, who is also an alum of ‘Squid Game: The Challenge‘, often lip-reads celebrity videos to decipher what they said. In one such video on her Instagram account, she lip reads what Taylor Swift said as Travis Kelce made a triumphant declaration on the stage.
In the video, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is seen belting out the phrase “Viva Las Vegas” into the mic during the event. This is the same phrase that he has often shouted out during multiple events, including after some of his match wins.
Reacting to the slogan, Taylor Swift can be seen whispering an apparently disappointed remark into Brittany Mahomes’ ear. According to Gonzalez’s interpretation, Swift said, “That again! I can’t do it,” followed by a dismissive headshake.

“You Sound Like Her For Real”: Social Media Reacts To Lip-Reading Expert’s Interpretation
The interpretation made by Jackie Gonzalez seemed to be spot on as it perfectly matched Taylor’s lip-synch in the video. “This is my roman empire,” the expert lip reader captioned the video, adding, “Disclaimer: Lip reading is not a reliable form of communication, all statements are alleged.”
Fans filled the comments section of the video with all sorts of reactions. While some praised Gonzalez for her ability to capture Swift’s words accurately, some others expressed doubts about how true her interpretation would be .
“You sound like her for real,” a fan commented on the post. “Please more i’m begging you hahah,” another one added.
Meanwhile, Swift and Kelce’s affectionate antics at the 15 and Mahomies Foundation Golf Classic gala also caught social media attention. One particular clip showing Kelce kissing Swift’s shoulders as they mingled with other attendees has gone viral on social media with fans gushing over their chemistry.
