Fans are high with anticipation for the couple’s possible wedding, as they complete almost a year together. However, there haven’t been any signs of confirmation from any of them. Regardless, here’s how Travis Kelce reacted to a question about Swift being his wife.
Travis Kelce Reacts To Question About Wedding With Taylor Swift
At the 15th annual Big Slick Celebrity Weekend charity gala in Kansas City, Missouri, Jason Sudeikis asked the million dollar question to Travis Kelce. In a joking tone, Sudeikis asked if Kelce and Taylor Swift were getting married soon.
“Hey Travis, real talk OK, just the guys here …” before adding, “Hey … when are you going to make an honest woman out of her?.” The actor then continued, “Taylor doesn’t need to be working anymore. I know your kicker agrees with me,” referring to Kelce’s team Kansas City’s kicker Harrison Butker who recently went viral for his controversial speech about working women.
Travis chose not to respond to the question and instead just smiled. However, if reports are to be believed, it isn’t too long before the couple announce their wedding vows to the public.

For reference, the term “an honest woman” is used to define a woman who gets married to a man she has been living with or having sexual relations with. Some fans on social media also called out the joke as offensive.

In January, an insider told Page Six, about their wedding plans and said, “Taylor and Travis discussed it and there is a plan.”
Both of them have frequently acknowledged their relationship in public, mostly Kelce. While he gushes about his lady love, Swift has often returned the favour by writing songs about him, and also alluding to him during live performances of her ‘Eras Tour’.
