Ezra Miller has been in the news lately for all the wrong reasons. The 30-year-old actor who uses they/them and it pronounces, is known for their acting in films like the drama ‘We Need to Talk About Kevin’ and ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower.’

Ezra Miller Pleads Not Guilty For The Burglary Charge
‘Trainwreck’ actor has pleaded not guilty to burglary charges in a Vermont court on Monday. Accordng to Variety, Miller appeared in Bennington Superior Court virtually with their lawyer.
They are charged with burglary into an occupied home and larceny; if convicted of both charges, the actor could face up to 26 years in prison.
Miller is accused of breaking and entering into a residence in Stamford, Vt., on May 1 whose owners were not present. After investigating, Vermont State Police found several missing bottles of alcohol from the property. They were charged with felony burglary after police collected statements and reviewed surveillance footage.
The larceny charge mentons that that the stolen items were less than $900 in total value. The felony burglary charge has a maximum of 25 years in prison and a $1,000 fine. A maximum of one year prison and $1,000 fine will be imposed in a larceny charge.

What Did Miller’s Lawyer Say?
Lisa B. Shelkrot, Miller’s attorney, said: “Ezra Miller this morning pled not guilty to one count of burglary and one count of petit larceny in Vermont Superior Court and accepted the court-imposed conditions of not contacting or entering the home of the inhabitants.”
Shelkrot continued, “Ezra would like to acknowledge the love and support they have received from their family and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in their ongoing mental health.”
In August, the actor had issued an apology for their behaviour. “Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” ‘The Flash‘ actor said.
They continued, “I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.” It was also reported that Miller has a messiah complex and compares themselves to Jesus.
