Her role as Heather Miller in ‘Texas Chainsaw 3D‘, Summer Quinn in ‘Baywatch’, and many more, have definitely increased her fanbase. Well, her husband is in the film industry too, but the difference is that he works behind the camera.
Andrew Form is an American film producer. The films ‘Friday the 13th’, ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ and ‘The Purge’ are a part of his production list. He also produced the Amazon Prime series Tom Clancy’s ‘Jack Ryan‘.
Alongside Michael Bay and Brad Fuller, Form is also the founder of the production company Platinum Dunes, which specializes in horror films. In a February 2022 interview, Daddario said Form wouldn’t be joining her at the SAG Awards because he was busy working. “He produces a show called Jack Ryan. So he is working. The producer was on the way to Europe via a connecting flight in New York City because of the pandemic.” The actress said, “I was waiting for my co-op to approve me so I was sleeping on an acquaintance’s couch and would take frequent walks.”
“He was also on a walk, and we passed each other downtown. He turned back and said ‘hi’ just as I was turning around to glance back at him. I laughed and said ‘hi,’ and then we both laughed about how we were the only two people on what is normally an incredibly busy street, and he asked if he could take me to dinner,” continued Alexandra.
“I said ‘okay’ against my better judgment. Nowadays, you’re supposed to meet people on dating apps!” said Alexandra. Andrew was staying at a hotel when he came back to New York after some time. “It was peak COVID and because he was a guest—one of three in the whole hotel—we had our first date by the fire in their downstairs living room,” added the actress.
All About The Newly-Wed Couple
To be honest, it is still unclear when Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form started dating. But the actress confirmed their relationship through an Instagram post featuring a beautiful black-and-white photo of the couple on May 13, 2021. “It was dark and cold and rainy today, a terrible combination, and it didn’t make it warmer to wrap him up in my arms but it did make it all seem lovely and nice and joyful,” she captioned the post.
Alexandra and Andrew got engaged in April 2021. The actress said, “We got engaged then, but we had both agreed to marry each other one night in April 2021 after too much wine.”
“I was visiting Andrew while he was working on Jack Ryan, and they were shooting in Athens. He took me to the Four Seasons there so we could be by the beach. He went outside, and I followed him, and he turned around and proposed, and then we walked and had a piña colada” she added.
After the proposal, they started planning a wedding in June, in New Orleans. “We were originally going to get married in Italy because I wanted to drink Italian wine for three days straight, but when I got a job in New Orleans I thought of Allie and Jake, and we switched it to New Orleans. It’s a city full of music and life,” said Alexandra.
Alexandra Is Absolutely In Love With Andrew
The actress shared her true feelings about Andrew after her engagement through an Instagram post. “The absolutely most wonderful man, you handle nonsense, loss, life, difficulty, people, with grace and compassion,” Daddario captioned a smiling photo of the couple in December last year. “You’re a loving father, funny, hard-working, honest, introspective, sexy, kind and sensitive.”
She ended the post by saying, “Andrew- you are the greatest, most formidable love of my life. I couldn’t be luckier.” Following the engagement, Daddario told People that she felt “at peace” with Form. “It feels so exciting,” the star said. “But mostly it just feels very peaceful. Form and Daddario rocked the red carpet together at the California premiere of the HBO series ‘The White Lotus‘ in July 2021. Alexandra Daddario is surely not the first one in Andrew’s life. The producer was married to ‘Fast And Furious‘ actress Jordana Brewster for 13 years. The pair met in 2005 on the set of The ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning.’ Andrew was producing the film whereas Brewster starred in it. In May 2007, the two tied the knot secretly on Nevis island.
“We started dating in secret — you know, hanging out in my trailer — because it would have been unprofessional otherwise,” Brewster said ahead of their nuptials. The couple shares two sons – Rowan and Julian.
