Fashion Week has led Dua Lipa to meet her love! During Saint Laurent’s show at the Paris Fashion Week in 2023, we saw her stepping out escorting a man holding hands. The Dailymail UK confirmed the news that she is dating Romain Gavras, who is a French-Greek film director. The two were also seen exiting the BAFTAs afterparty at Chiltern Firehouse in London.
Romain Gavras is a big name in the music industry. He is credited with filming M.I.A’s ‘Bad Girl’ music video in 2012. During the awards season, the video created a lot of buzz making him win the MTV VMA for ‘Best Music Video’.
In 2012, he also collaborated with Frank Ocean, Jay-Z, and Kanye West for their highly politicized video ‘No Church in the Wild’. The film bagged a Grammy nomination in 2013 for ‘Best Short Form Music Video’. In 2022, he directed ‘Athena’ streaming on Netflix which premiered at the 79th Venice Film Festival.
He is the son of the famous director and screenwriter Costa Gavras who directed the 2019 French film ‘Adults in the Room’. Rita Ora also dated the director before she tied the knot with filmmaker Taika Waititi. An insider told The Sun that the couple is “quietly getting to know each other for months.”
The insider continued, “They have been enjoying spending time together. Dua knows how important it is to find someone who understands her industry. She feels Romain totally gets it. They’re both really creative people.”

The Singer Went Out On Dates With Trevor Noah And Jack Harlow
Dua Lipa, after the breakup with Anwar Hadid, did not get into the dating pool. But, in 2022, she was seen on a date with the former ‘The Daily Show’ host Trevor Noah. The ‘New Rules’ singer was seen with him at a Jamaican Restaurant in the East Village, New York.
One of the diners at the restaurant said, “They were quietly sat away from everyone else at restaurant. It was clear they were into each other and sat close together throughout the meal. They left together and walked, stopping for long embraces and on the second kiss with hug.”
In November 2022, she was seen with the rapper Jack Harlow at the Variety Hitmakers Brunch in Los Angeles. Harlow dedicated a song to Dua on his Grammy-nominated album ‘Come Home the Kids Miss You’ titled ‘Dua Lipa’. The rapper flew to New York for her Jingle Ball performance on December 9th, 2022.
