Life And Career Of Cody Longo
Born on March 4, 1988, in Littleton, Colorado, Longo had acting aspirations since childhood and studied psychology and film at UCLA. He began his acting in theatre and eventually moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in television and films eventually bagging a role in 2009.
He was known for his portrayal of Eddie Duran in the family drama ‘Hollywood Heights.’ On NBC’s ‘Days of our Lives‘ Longo played the role of Nicholas Alamain in 2011.
Longo also appeared in the remake of ‘Fame’, ‘Bring It On: Fight to the Finish’, ‘Ball Don’t Lie’, ‘Medium’, and in one episode of Three Rivers. Apart from acting, Longo was also a singer and a songwriter.
In 2014, his song She Said made it into the Billboard Top 100 charts and was at number three along with his debut album. He also served as the music supervisor and executive producer on several projects.

How Did He Die?
On Wednesday, February 8, Longo’s body was found at the age of 34. He died in his sleep in Austin, Texas, but no cause of death was confirmed. Stephanie Clark, his wife, issued a statement about his death that was shared by his rep.
“Cody was our whole world,” she said. “The kids and I are shattered and beyond devastated. He was the best dad and best father. We will always and forever miss you and love you.”
Alex Gittelson, his rep, said: “Cody was a dear friend, going back many years before he was a client. My heart breaks for his amazing wife and beautiful kids.” Cody is survived by his wife and three kids, Lyla, Elijah, and Noah.
