The 25-year-old ‘Havana‘ singer Camila Cabello has been in the news from time to time, whether it be her new album releases or her dating life. However, this time Camilla has made the headlines for her remarks about deleting her dating profile on an app, just 24 hours after making one.
It seems as if the world of online dating just isn’t for our ‘Senorita‘ singer. “I was on a dating app for like 24 hours, then I left,” she admitted on ‘The Drew Barrymore Show‘ which aired this Tuesday, October 18th.

Why Camila Cabello Quit The Dating App
While appearing on the recent Tuesday episode of ‘The Drew Barrymore show’, ‘The Voice‘ judge Camila Cabello opened up about her dating life. While in the kitchen with the show’s host, she revealed that she was on a dating app but only for a day. When asked by host Barrymore as to why the app made her run away, Camila replied, “The first guy that DM’ed me was like, an aspiring singer-songwriter from Nashville.” She continued, “I was just like, ‘I feel weird because somebody could be using me.’ Does that make sense?“
Barrymore went on to talk about how people can’t be sure of one’s intentions to which the singer totally agreed. Camila further added that it is best to go out and make friends and meet guys that are assessed by your friends. “When you are just trying to make friends, you’re going to meet guys that are vetted by your friends, which is amazing,” she said, further explaining why she prefers to meet people in real instead.
Does Camila Currently Have A Boyfriend Now?
Just two months prior to this, the singer was noticed hanging out with Lox Club CEO, Austin Kevitch. The two were spotted holding hands and kissing while on a morning breakfast run. A source told ET that things have been going well for the couple and that “they’re having a great time together and really like each other.”
Camila Cabello also told ET in an interview held in April that her latest music was helping her cope with things after her breakup with ‘Senorita‘ co-singer Shawn Mendes. Further speaking about her single ‘Bam Bam‘, she said, “Also reminding myself as my mom has told me many times, ‘That’s life.’ You’re on the ground crying on the bathroom floor and then you’ll have feelings for another person, and you’ll be crying on the bathroom floor again and that is the cycle of change.“
