Apparently, the stars had begun dating in August 2014, five months after Martin’s divorce from his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow. The couple was rumored to have dated for four months before splitting up for the first time.

According to PEOPLE magazine, a source told them “Chris is crazy about Jen but wants to be able to do what he wants.” Just months after the couple was seen being cozy together, celebrating July fourth, 2015 in NYC, news of their breakup for the second time had erupted again.
Lawrence and Martin had presumably broken up for the first time in October, the same year they had started dating. They were then spotted together in January 2015 in a lot of places, including Harry Styles’ 21st birthday party. However, the couple was reported to be splitting for the final time in late August of that same year.
