Joe Jonas Talks About Getting Old
Joe Jonas is realizing that he is 33 years old now and doesn’t seem to shy away from getting old. He talked about this in an interview with People magazine.
The husband of Sophie Turner is the new celebrity brand partner for Xeomin. It is an anti-wrinkle injectable that temporarily improves the appearance of frown lines with a double-filtered formula.
“We’re all getting older and part of that is being comfortable [in our skin],” he said. The musician further said: “I don’t think it’s necessarily something that we have to shy away from.”
The father of two kids was referring to his experience using injectables. “We can be open and honest about it and be confident and not really shy away from speaking our truth.” Jonas uses the treatment for his frown lines and to smooth out a scar between his eyebrows. “I appreciated that it wasn’t over the top. It’s very light,” he said.
The ‘Only Human’ singer also talked about men getting comfortable with these things. “There were all these talks at one point, like, ‘Oh, men can’t do this or it’s weird for guys to do that,’ and I think there’s a stigma that’s fading, and I like that,” he said. “Guys are more openly wearing makeup, and it’s great to see. It’s like, do whatever you want, you know? It’s a beautiful generation that we’re living in.”

Jonas started dating English actress Sophie Turner in 2016. They got engaged in October 2017, and tied the knot on May 1, 2019, in Las Vegas.
The couple welcomed their first child, a girl in July 2020. Last month, the couple was blessed with a second baby girl.
Just days after welcoming his second child with Sophie, Joe shared a sweet video montage on Instagram, giving a tribute to their relationship. He captioned it: “Started from the bottom now we’re here…I want to see your story.”
