It has been a year of splits, be it the dramatic Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck divorce or the Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady breakup. In a new addition to the list, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum are also reportedly breaking up.
According to multiple sources talking to PEOPLE, the ‘Blink Twice’ actress and ‘Magic Mike’ actor are parting ways after three years together. Representatives for Kravitz and Tatum have so far not commented or confirmed anything. Here’s what we know about the split.
Zoë Kravitz And Channing Tatum Are Parting Ways
Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum were once a Hollywood couple fans couldn’t stop gushing over, but they are now parting ways as per reports. The two also recently landed roles in the sci-fi comedy ‘Alpha Gang’, wherein they’ll appear with a star-studded cast including Cate Blanchett, Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun, Lea Seydoux, and Riley Keough.
On Tuesday, Tatum retweeted the news of his upcoming film with his now ex-girlfriend, hashtagging #AlphaGang. So far, he seems quite upbeat. However, sources claim that the split was long in the making.
Kravitz and Tatum recently went to a play together according to PEOPLE. However, Kravitz appeared without her engagement ring during her recent public appearance. Her alleged engagement had been rife with speculation since her showing up to a Halloween party dressed as Mia Farrow from ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ wearing a massive diamond ring, while Tatum arrived at the same party looking like a baby.
Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum’s Three-Year-Long Relationship
Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum met for the first time in 2021 over ‘Blink Twice’, Kravitz’s directorial debut. Recalling their work, Kravitz said Tatum was part of the total development of her antagonist. “By the time we were on set, it was about supporting him, him supporting me, and keeping our character intentions alive,” she told Entertainment Weekly during a previous interview.
Tatum also showed her through her “overwhelming” first day on set, giving her a “big pep talk” when she began to question her choices. Although they previously teamed up for 2017’s ‘The Lego Batman Movie’, they did that separately, voicing Catwoman and Superman in the animated flick.
