Among all the pirate groups that we came across in ‘One Piece’, the Straw Hat pirates are the most unique ones. We can never get bored when we are traveling with them. All the members of the Straw Hats though joined the crew at different times, have their own unique personalities that make the series fun and entertaining.
We have this goofiness about their character, that even carries on during serious fight scenes. Luffy after his introduction boldly announced that he doesn’t want hundreds of men around him, only 10 strong friends who can be with him in his journey of becoming the Pirate King. To date, he has kept his promise, as we get acquainted with ten of the Straw Hats crew members.

Straw Hats Members Ranked According To Their Power
1. Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy is the captain of the ship and is undoubtedly the strongest character among his crewmates. He’s still got a bit to go before proclaiming him the strongest in the series. Luffy can use all three forms of Haki in their advanced levels, which is rarer in their universe. His rubber body makes all his techniques unique to use and extremely powerful.
2. Roronoa Zoro
Often regarded as Luffy’s right-hand man and the vice-captain of the ship, Zoro is a three-sword style user. He along with Luffy awakened his advanced Conqueror’s Haki, making all the fan beliefs come true. He is always in bouts with Sanji, but his power and loyalty definitely set him apart.
3. Vinsmoke Sanji
Sanji’s first glimpse at strength was showcased during the Enies Lobby arc, where he developed his Devil’s Foot technique. Furthermore, after 2 years of training, his power exploded to great lengths. His Infrit Jambe technique put him above the power levels of Jimbe who was a former Warlord. He still stands alongside Luffy and Zoro as the three-monster trio.
4. Jinbe
Being a former Warlord has certainly served as a hint of power the Fishman Jinbe possesses. His techniques are unique and extremely powerful, marking him as the 4th strongest member of the Straw Hats crew. He took down powerful foes and joined Luffy’s crew after he cleared up the air with Big Mom, one of the Emperors.
5. Nico Robin
Robin is the calmest and cool-headed person among the crew. Her devil’s fruit power comes in quite handy and the first glimpse of it is shown after the 2 year time skip. She can use Fishman Karate, while her devil fruit allows her to gain the power of Devil Child Form. In this form, she can easily decapitate any foes lurking around, as she takes a monster shape.

6. Franky
In the New World arc, we see Franky in a new light. He changed his body to that of a robot, incorporating powerful attacks and even some gimmicks. He has successfully taken down many strong foes and he is also the reason behind the sturdy Thousand Sunny ship. Funnily enough, the only weakness that remained was his backside.
7. Brook
Luffy for a long time wanted to have a musician, which he got in Brook. However, Brook is not just that. He became incredibly powerful, though his goofiness remained the same. His swordplay can easily lure the enemies into a fantasia that he uses to slash them. He’s the flashiest out of all the Straw Hats members.
8. Tony Tony Chopper
Chopper a first couldn’t control his monster form, but later in the arc he easily caught control of it, using it to his advantage. He can hold up his own fort and treat the crew members after a fight. He’s a medical genius and the most adorable being on the crew. Though he may not be able to hold up strength like the monster trio despite being a devil fruit user, he is capable enough to ward off enemies on his side.
9. Nami
Nami is listed above Usopp as she is not only a capable fighter but an excellent navigator. She has saved the crew’s life not only once but in several life-threatening instances. Without her, the crew wouldn’t have been able to make it to the Grand Line let alone the New World. Nami defeated the CP9 one-on-one and has further strengthened her skill in using the Climatact.
10. Usopp
Usopp though the crew’s sniper, is still the weakest among all. Despite his weakness, he still stood strong in fights in the New World. He can use Observation Haki, which gave him the strength to further hone his snipping abilities. In most fights, he is the one who gets the most battered up but also sees to his end. He has shown his resilience numerous times in the series.
