Which James Bond Actor Earned The Most For Playing 007?
Over the years, several actors have portrayed the character of the British Secret Service agent James Bond. This includes Sean Connery, David Niven, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig.
Among them, Craig earned the most for playing 007 on screen. Reports state that he was paid $3.2 million for ‘Casino Royale’, his first Bond film. He also earned the most from the franchise.
The English actor made $85.4 million in total for portraying the MI6 agent. Brosnan, who did four Bond films, made around $41.1 million. Moore and Dalton got $24.3 million and $8 million respectively.
Connery earned the least from the franchise compared to other actors despite doing seven films. He reportedly earned $6.6 million over his long tenure as Bond.

The Search For The New 007 Continues
Daniel Craig retired from the role after ‘No Time To Die.’ Since then, the search for the next 007 has been going on. Names like Henry Cavill, Idris Alba, and Tom Hardy have been doing the rounds.
The producers of the franchise are looking for an actor who is ready to commit six-seven years of their life for at least three to four films.
Recently, Brosnan was asked who should be the next MI6 agent since the departure of Daniel Craig. “Who should do it? I don’t care,” he said.
He continued, “It’ll be interesting to see who they get, who the man shall be. Whoever he be, I wish him well.” A reporter noted that he said it with “a tone that indicates it’s maybe not actually that interesting.”
