What Is The NXIVM ‘Sex Cult’?
The personality cult run by sex offender Keith Raniere, made a lot of noise in Hollywood. The organization has been said to be part of the Human Potential Movement. The organization not only conducted classes but also held disturbing rituals.
Many witnesses later talked about the illegal proceedings of the cult. Raniere comprised an organized racketeering enterprise. The NXIVM committed crimes ranging from sex trafficking to forced labor.

Incorporation into the NXIVM happened through the Executive Success Programs. These were labeled as personal and professional development courses. They taught strategies to overcome “their ‘limiting beliefs’, fears, and anxieties, and hence realize their full potential in life.” Celebrities like ‘Smallville‘ star Allison Mack and Seagram heiresses Sara and Clare Bronfman were also part of the cult.
