If the latest ‘Daredevil: Born Again‘ rumors are correct, Matt Murdock‘s biggest obstacle in Season 3 might not be fighting against criminals, but rather a web of relationships.
‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 3 Could Throw Matt Murdock Into An Explosive Love Triangle
It is reported that Elodie Yung’s Elektra will be returning and will reunite with Matt in an emotional moment after years of believing she was dead. While fans have long hoped to see the pair together again, the timing couldn’t be more complicated.

Karen Page is Matt’s current girlfriend, and Elektra’s return could rock his personal life. Lady Muse is also thrown in for good measure, who is now his ex. In the comics, she has a history with Elektra. And Karen’s animosity towards her was already set in place in Season 2.
With all three women playing major parts in the next season, Matt may find himself in a situation where he is torn between them. This plot can be as dangerous as anything he experiences as Daredevil.
Foggy Nelson’s Rumored Return Might Be Even Bigger
The rumors don’t end with Elektra. There are also reports that Elden Henson is returning as Foggy Nelson, despite the character’s heartbreaking fate earlier in the series. What’s even more interesting is the rumour that Foggy’s return could be a special one.

Fans are considering whether Elektra might be able to use the Hand Clan’s resurrection powers to resurrect Matt’s best friend, as they have done in the past in Marvel’s Netflix shows.
Cox didn’t go so far as to confirm any particular plot points, but the theory has taken off quickly, as it would connect directly to Elektra’s relationship with the Hand, and also provide a plausible reason for Foggy’s return.
As exciting as these reports sound, they’re still unconfirmed. Elektra’s return, Foggy’s resurrection, and the ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 3 storyline have not been officially confirmed by Marvel Studios. However, if true, Matt Murdock may be in for the most difficult season of his career. Season 3 may push the Man Without Fear to his limit.
