Marvel Announces Release Date For Charlie Cox Starrer ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Disney+ Series

Marvel finally announced the release date for the anticipated Daredevil: Born Again. The series is set to hit Disney+ in March 2025. It will be the rehash of Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ series.

Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Jon Bernthal along with others will reprise their roles in the series. ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ was announced a few years ago, however, the shooting was halted in 2023 due to a SAG-AFTRA strike.

At the presentation, Marvel gave the fans in attendance the first look at Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. The trailer is yet to be released online. The trailer narrates the story as a “David vs Goliath”-esque situation. In addition, they also revealed an all-new logo for the series.

While talking to a reporter from Deadline, Charlie Cox revealed they had done filming a few weeks ago. He further talked about his character. He said, “It’s a really physically demanding show, which I love. We wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s kind of what makes it what it is. There will definitely come a time where I am not able to do it anymore, but for right now, [we’ll] just keep doing the best job we can and loving it. I feel incredibly grateful to still be making the show, and hopefully we’ve got another 10 years in us.”

The President of Marvel, Kevin Feige revealed that the series will have 18 episodes. However, after the multiple obstacles last year, it underwent some major creative overhauls.

According to The Hollywood, the creators have reduced the episode count to 9. Another reason for this movie is to stick to their low episode streaming model. Charlie Cox also confirmed that they have filmed only 9 episodes. This will surely disappoint the fans.

However, according to Kingpin actor Vincent D’Onofrio, the creators are already ready with a plan for the second season. It is great news for the fans of “Devil of Hell’s Kitchen’.
