The presence of Subterranea on the map is more than just a fun Easter egg; it’s a strong hint at Mole Man’s involvement in the Fantastic Four’s first outing in MCU. Could he be the catalyst that forces Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm to develop their powers?

Or perhaps he’s a more significant threat that will challenge the team from the very beginning? Marvel Studios is known for being secretive to surprise their fans. Additionally, this subtle inclusion of Mole Man is a testament to their attention to detail.

Moreover, while the studio hasn’t confirmed anything officially, the evidence on the map is hard to ignore. People who enjoy comic books are now eagerly speculating about Mole Man’s role in the new Fantastic Four, and the possibilities are endless.

Mole Man is an old-school Fantastic Four enemy who lives in a world beneath the surface of the Earth, namely, Subterranea. Moreover, despite being a grotesque creature he was born as a brilliant but physically deformed scientist.

After a failed experiment, he retreated underground. Additionally, over time, the subterranean environment transformed him into a monstrous being with incredible strength and control over subterranean forces.

As the ruler of Subterranea, he clashed with numerous heroes. However, his most iconic clash was with the Fantastic Four. Additionally, his subterranean kingdom is often a source of conflict. Despite his monstrous appearance, Mole Man is often portrayed as a tragic figure who is driven by loneliness and a desire for acceptance.
