While Ryan Reynolds has aced his role as Deadpool over the years, it seems his wife Blake Lively is also joining his legacy. Fans are more or less sure at this point that Lively is the face of the occasionally teased Lady Deadpool in the film.

A shot in the teaser shows her walking towards the camera, giving the viewers a look from her feet up. It stops right before her face is revealed, but fans are almost sure that its Blake Lively in the Deadpool suit.
