‘Spider-Man 4’ Reportedly Will Feature Symbiote Paving Way For Comic Accurate ‘Secret Wars’ Suit

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is a complex web, and fans are always eager to unravel its threads. Moreover, the recent release of the trailer for ‘Venom: The Last Dance’ was enough to pique the interest of the audience, many of whom speculated on the possible relation to ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ and the symbiote.

However, recent news suggests that the Symbiote will be in the next Spider-Man movie. And it is safe to say that the fans are excited and ready.

The idea of a symbiote making its way into the MCU’s main timeline is undeniably exciting. The character has a deep background in the comics making him a fan favorite. Additionally, the potential for a dynamic and complex relationship between Peter Parker and the symbiote sounds promising.

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is set up for an evil arc. The death of Aunt May and the world forgetting Peter Parker has made him vulnerable, giving the symbiote a chance to easily influence him.

Moreover, this could kick off a multi-film arc culminating in Avengers: Secret Wars, just like in the comics. It’s a natural progression for the character and a thrilling prospect for fans. The symbiote’s potential introduction strengthens the case for the SSU theory over a simple retcon of ‘No Way Home‘s post-credits scene.

The first post-credits scene of ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ introduced Eddie Brock, the Venom host from the Sony Spider-Man Universe, to the MCU. After a night of drinking, Eddie is transported to the MCU.

However, he leaves a small piece of the Venom symbiote behind. This tease created the opportunity to have the symbiote form a connection with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in future movies, opening up exciting possibilities for the character’s development.
