The ’94 ‘Spider-Man animated series’ is up there as the greatest animated TV series by Marvel with ‘X-Men: Animated Series.’ The show had everything that was needed to make a hit Spider-Man show. A good Peter Parker, a good coterie of supervillains, and indulging storylines.

With that version of Spider-Man, fans are wondering if Marvel will revive the series too. The creators already did a great job with ‘X-Men’97’. They are using the Execute Operation: Zero Tolerance storyline for the finale which they left out in the previous show.

Similarly, Marvel can explore new storylines that fans never got to see with Christopher Daniel Barnes’ Spider-Man. Marvel already has a planned Spider-Man animated series in their pipeline, ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. It is slated to drop later this year or in early 2025 so the chances of ‘Spider-Man 98’ are slim in the foreseeable future.
