The footage reportedly features Thor preparing the Avengers for their fight against Doctor Doom when an unexpected voice says, “Hey, pal”. Just a few seconds later, Mjolnir goes from Thor’s hand and straight into Steve Rogers’ hands, proving he is still worthy.

That one moment raises so many questions. For years, viewers believed that Steve had a quiet life with Peggy Carter before he came back as an old man to pass his shield to Sam Wilson. However, instead of rewriting ‘Endgame’, Marvel may be announcing that Steve’s trip to get the Infinity Stones and get to Sam has been a lot more perilous than originally thought.
