Fans rejoiced when Marvel announced ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ with Charlie Cox reprising the role of the blind attorney after his cameo appearance in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ and ‘Echo’. But the excitement mellowed down even after the events of Marvel’s miniseries ‘Echo’ revealed that ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ won’t be a bloodbath as promised earlier.
‘Daredevil: Born Again‘s cast features many exciting returns from the original Netflix show, with Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page, Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson, and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher to the MCU TV show. Wilson Bethal To Reprise His Role As Bullseye In ‘Daredevil: Born Again’
The American actor, Wilson Bethel featured as Benjamin Poindexter in Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ and will reprise his role as Bullseye in the Disney+ series, ‘Daredevil: Born Again’. Bethel’s Bullseye is also one of the most violent characters in the MCU, hence his character will have a bigger role in the series than was originally planned.
Wilson Bethel first appeared as Benjamin Poindexter in Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ season three ended too soon. Unfortunately, the series teased Bethel’s Benjamin Poindexter becoming Bullseye without a proper closure. And now that the character is returning, fans are hoping that ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ will do justice to Bethel’s Bullseye.

Why Is Bullseye Entry Nessecary In ‘Daredevil: Born Again’?
The events of Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ left Wilson Bethel’s storyline underdeveloped and without an appropriate closure. Hence his return in ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ is marked as pivotal because the villain has unfinished business with Daredevil and Kingpin. If his character stays loyal to comics, then the fans can expect a bloodbath, as Bullseye does not leave without putting up a deadly street-level fight.
During the event of ‘Daredevil’ season three, Bullseye was defeated by Wilson Fisk resulting in his poor condition. Benjamin Poindexter was under surgery on his spine when the camera zoomed in on his right eye as the character woke up. A bullseye was seen in Poindexter’s eye, teasing the villain taking on his Marvel Comics title for season four of Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’.
But since season four was canceled, ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ serves as the perfect platform to re-introduce the villain as it also teased Fisk entering the race to become New York City’s Mayor. And with Punisher in the picture, ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ won’t end without violence and blood.
