TMC asked both Soderbergh and Clooney about the possibility of revisiting ‘Ocean’s Eleven‘ character, 15 years after the release of the third film, ‘Ocean’s Thirteen‘. To this, Clooney responded that they killed off his character, but it wouldn’t be the first time a famous character mysteriously reappears from death.

What Is ‘Magic Mike’ All About?
‘Magic Mike‘ directed by Steven Soderbergh is inspired by Channing Tatum’s venture as a male stripper in Florida since the age of 18. Tatum wanted to capture the atmosphere and energy of his past as a male stripper, but since the film is fictional it gave the directors the freedom to create their own storyline. After the huge success of the first film, Soderbergh went ahead to create a sequel, ‘Magic Mike XXL’.
‘Magic Mike: The Last Dance’ was released in February 2023, hinting it might be the last Magic Mike film starring Salma Hayek. It focuses on the titular character Mike choreographing a strip show in a historic London theatre at the command of his lover-slash-boss, Max. Mike decides to leave Florida behind and head across the states to put on one last unforgettable show. It is steamy and bold but at the same time, it is hilarious and bland with tasteless dialogue.
