When Will ‘Priscilla’ Release?
‘Priscilla’ will hit the theaters on 3 November 2023. In September Sofia Cappola headed film premiere at the 2023 Venice International Film Festival. The production began last fall in Toronto. Cappola revealed in an interview that Priscilla Presley will serve as an executive producer of ‘Priscilla’.
The Star-Studded Cast
Cailee Spaeny will play the role of Priscilla Presley and Jacob Elordi will be seen as Elvis. The cast of the film is not extravagant, but quite a promising one. Dagmara Domińczyk will play Priscilla’s mother.
In an interview with Vogue, Sofia Cappola confessed why Spaeny was the right choice for Priscilla. Cappola said, “the character goes from the age of 15 to 27 over the course of the film, so she had to be able to act and age across a big span of time.” She also added “It was really important for me to have the same actress playing Priscilla at those different stages of her life, and I think Cailee can pull it off. She’s such a strong actress, and she also looks very young.”

Plot Details Of ‘Priscilla’
‘Priscilla’ is based on Priscilla Presley’s memoir called ‘Elvis and Me’. The memoir covers her interaction with Elvis, their marriage, and the circumstances that led to their divorce. The film will focus on Priscilla Presley mainly and Elvis will only play a side character. The film incorporates dramatic tension, serving the audience with the highs and lows of each character.
