‘Captain America: Brave New World’ is set to cement Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson as the new Captain America. In addition to existing Captain America’s buddies such as Sharon Carter and Bucky Barnes, a few characters from the 2008’s ‘The Incredible Hulk’ are also returning.
Fans will see Liv Tyler returning as Betty Ross and Tim Blake Nelson reprising the role of Samuel Sterns. Following the unfortunate passing of William Hurt, ‘Indiana Jones’ star Harrison Ford will be taking the role of Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross in ‘Captain America: New World Order’.
Liv Tyler’s Betty Ross Rumoured To Appear Only For His Father’s Funeral In ‘Captain America: New World Order’
A scooper, MyTimeToShineHello, who had reported some legitimate news in the past, revealed that the post-credit scene of ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ will be around Bruce Banner’s former love interest Betty Ross,
Now, another X scooper, Marvel Updates has claimed that Liv Tyler’s Betty Ross will appear only in the post-credit scene of ‘Captain America: New World Order’. The post-credit scene is allegedly about the funeral of Thaddeus Ross. In addition, he claimed fans will see Tyler again in the future MCU project.
The news of Marvel killing Harrison Ford’s Thaddeus Ross in his very first project has upset fans. This is because fans will be seeing Red Hulk for the first time in the franchise.
Killing off such a character in its very first appearance doesn’t make sense. In addition to that, Harrison Ford is already confirmed to appear in the last movie of MCU Phase 5, ‘Thunderbolts’.
Some fans believe it might be a hoax funeral to make it seem like General Ross is gone and in the ‘Thunderbolts’, it will be revealed that he survived.

Betty Ross Might Join His Father As Red She-Hulk
Red She-Hulk is a lesser-known alter ego of Betty Ross. She was introduced in the comics  ‘Hulk Vol. 2 #15′ when she appeared to save his father, Red Hulk from Wolverine. She was part of very limited storyline. She has also made appearances in some video games such as ‘Marvel Future Fight’.
Now, since Liv Tyler’s Betty Ross will, allegedly, appear only in the post-credit scene, fans are expecting a tease of her being the Red She-Hulk. This will also fit set with the current trend of Marvel introducing the female counterpart of an already-introduced character.
The new McDonald’s ad has already teased the model of the characters appearing in ‘Captain America: Brave New World’. There are figurines of Red Hulk, Sam Wilson’s Captain America, Joaquin Torres’ Falcon and more. There isn’t a figurine for Red She-Hulk. So the chances of Tyler’s Betty Ross appearing as Red She-Hulk are quite slim.
