For years, there have been sparks of a feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar. It seems now, Drake has addressed the feud publicly, as most people have speculated.
Recently, Kendrick Lamar added more to the alleged feud by adding a guest verse on Future and Metro Boomin’s song ‘Like That.’ Here’s what Drake’s response was.

What Is The Feud Between Drake And Kendrick Lamar?
The beginning of this can be pointed to when Kendrick Lamar became a household name and called out a bunch of rappers and made a bold statement. He called out J. Cole, Meek Mill, Drake, Big K.R.I.T., Wale, Pusha T, ASAP Rocky, Tyler, the Creator, Mac Miller, Big Sean and Jay Electronica and said, “I got love for you all, but I’m trying to murder you n—as/ Trying to make sure your core fans never heard of you n—as/ They don’t want to hear not one more noun or verb from you ni–as.”
To which Drake responded and said, “I didn’t really have anything to say about it. It just sounded like an ambitious thought to me. That’s all it was. I know good and well that [Lamar] ‘s not murdering me, at all, in any platform. So when that day presents itself, I guess we can revisit the topic.”
This little feud went on with Kendrick dropping more subtle nods towards the ‘Hotline Bling’ singer. In one interview Drake said, “Mind you, I never once said he’s a bad guy [or] I don’t like him. I think he’s a f–king genius in his own right, but I also stood my ground as I should. And with that came another step, which then I have to realize I’m being baited and I’m not gonna fall”.
Much time later, Kendrick fired another shot at Drake and here’s how he retaliated.

Drake Responds To Kendrick Lamar’s Diss
Adding a verse to Metro Boomin’s song, Lamar rapped, “Yeah, get up with me, f–k sneak dissing/’First Person Shooter,’ I hope they came with three switches. Think I won’t drop the location? I still got PTSD/ Motherf–k the Big Three, n—a, it’s just big me. N***a, bum, what? I’m really like that / And your best work is a light pack.”
This verse did not go unnoticed by Drake as he talked about it in one of his shows.
The singer said, “A lot of people asking me how I’m feeling… listen, the way I’m feeling is the same way I want you to walk out of here feeling tonight about your f***ing self. Because you know how I’m feeling? I got my head up high, my back straight, I’m 10 f***ing toes down… and feeling like anywhere else I go… and I know no matter what, there’s not a n**** on this Earth that can ever f*** with me in my life,” he shouted. “And that’s how I want y’all to walk out of here tonight…”
“But,” he continued, “you know, you can get yourselves gassed up, riled up and move towards the future… Sometimes you’ve got to acknowledge the mistakes you’ve made in the past… right? So that’s what I want you all to do. Everybody in here.”
His response has not gotten a reaction out of Lamar, yet. But knowing the feud between these two, another heavy reaction can be anticipated.
